kyat01 Terms & Conditions and Agreement

By accessing and using the kyat01 platform, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. This agreement is a legally binding contract governing the obligations between us and the player.

By continuing to use this platform, you fully agree to all of the following—

• You have read and understood these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy.
• You confirm that accessing this platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you.
• You take full personal responsibility for your gambling decisions.

Each person may only register one account at kyat01. Creating duplicate accounts using similar names, or multiple accounts by family members, is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide your real name and correct contact details.
• Your bank account or payment method must be in your own name. Using a third party's payment method is not allowed.
• When requested, you must submit a valid National Registration Card (NRC) or Passport.
• If any of your details change after registration, please notify us immediately.

2.2 Account Security

Your login credentials (Username / Password) must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party. You are fully responsible for all gaming and financial activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, please notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to verify that any player is aged 21 or over at the time of registration. We may request supporting documents and may temporarily suspend the account until those documents have been reviewed and confirmed. If false information is provided during age verification, the player's account and any winnings obtained will be forfeited.

4.1 Deposits

You can deposit on our platform via KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount per payment method is 3,000 Ks. There may be a delay between our confirmation of a deposit and the funds appearing in your account; any issues on the counterparty bank's side are not our responsibility.

• Deposits must be made only from the player's own registered payment method.
• Third-party payments, token payments, or transactions through any money exchange chain are prohibited.
• We reserve the right to decline or freeze any deposit at our discretion.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Delays may occur due to—

• KYC verification required for a first withdrawal or for large withdrawal amounts
• Delays caused by interbank processing
• When security checks are being carried out

Withdrawals will be sent back to the same payment method used for the deposit; an alternative method will only be arranged if that is not possible.

4.3 Verification of Winnings

We reserve the right to review any player's game history and check whether wagering requirements have been met before processing a withdrawal.

Bonuses and promotions are exclusive offers set by kyat01, and each bonus has its own specific offer terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 40,000 Ks. The wagering requirement to withdraw is 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once, upon registration and first deposit.
• Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the bonus period, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• If any attempt is made to abuse the bonus or engage in arbitrage betting, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5.2 Bonus Offers Are Subject to Change

kyat01 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice. Players are responsible for reading the relevant offer terms and conditions before claiming a bonus.

When playing football, Live Casino, Slots, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack, Crash Games, and other games on the kyat01 platform—

• You must play in accordance with our individual game rules and general gameplay policies.
• If technical issues (connectivity errors, software glitches) occur during play, we have the right to determine the outcome of bets. Our decision is final.
• If we detect play that violates our rules (e.g. exploiting technical loopholes), we reserve the right to reclaim all winnings regardless of amount and to review the account for irresponsible gameplay.
• If a breach of the game system is detected, we have the right to act in accordance with our stated rules.

For football betting, we reserve the right to change odds or void bets if we believe the target odds are incorrect. Such decisions are final.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kyat01 platform—

• Attempting to launder money through casino betting or football betting (Money Laundering)
• Bonus Arbitrage — playing both sides of a game simultaneously to avoid the wagering requirement on bonus funds
• Creating betting patterns using bots or automated scripts
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches in the game system
• Opening more than one account to play as separate customers under different names
• Attempting to bribe our staff or other players to influence game results
• Depositing and playing with funds belonging to a third party
• Opening and playing on an account that belongs to someone else

kyat01 reserves the right to restrict or close any player's account without prior notice — this may be due to the following reasons—

• When a breach of these terms and conditions is detected
• When there is suspicion related to money laundering
• When information submitted contradicts a player's own request
• When it is evident under our Responsible Gaming policy that a player is currently undergoing treatment
• When complying with a government directive related to legal proceedings

Players may request Self-exclusion on their own. Once done, they will not be able to use the platform for a set period thereafter.
